AMBER TRUEBLOOD is a licensed marriage and family therapist, speaker, writer, retreat host and mother to four sons. She loves learning everything she can about human development, psychology, neuroscience, self-care, meditation, communication, bio-hacking and family dynamics.
She is the author of the book, Stretch Marks. It is part memoir, part parenting book and part self-help. She also is the host of the podcast Stretch Marks where she interviews people intent on sharing their wisdom in areas ranging from money to meditation to pelvic floor dysfunction and probiotics.
