I'm excited to welcome my next guest Amie Thomas to the show. She and I crossed paths early on in both of our careers. I took a position she had previously been in, but it wasn't until 2019 that we met. And we did so through blind email Networking. What?! Yes. An email sent to a colleague to learn more about them, their practice and ideal clients. It resulted in a coffee date between myself, Amie, and another colleague. It was there we realized our paths had been intertwined. I'm excited for her to share how she's been building her individual practice alongside her colleagues as they build theirs. She details how she navigates having all the collegiate benefits of a group but also with the autonomy of a solo practice.
